USV Bancorp is a proposed bank holding company with the ultimate goal of owning the first Vietnamese-American community bank in Texas. In 2024, USV entered into a definitive agreement with a Texas bank holding company for this purpose. If the acquisition is successful and we are approved by the relevant bank regulatory agencies to become a bank holding company and acquire a bank, our goal will be to seek designation as a Minority Depository Institution with a minimum of 51% minority ownership. We believe this will symbolize Vietnamese cultural pride, heritage, and empowerment.
